Please join us for the panel titled "Revitalising Indigenous Language Cultures in the Diaspora". It aims at exploring efforts to preserve and celebrate Indigenous languages and cultures in the diasporic setting by bridging conversations between UK-based Indigenous language course leaders from different parts of the world. The panel will explore different approaches and methods for Indigenous language revitalisation, the relations of language and cultural identity for the diasporas, and language culture as a form of resistance and means of healing towards decolonisation. This event is co-hosted by the University of Cambridge Indigenous Studies Discussion Group (ISDG) and the Cambridge Endangered Languages and Cultures Group (CELC).
