Join us for an engaging retrospective on the administration of President Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States. This event will explore his administration’s major domestic and international developments including in economic policy, welfare reform, U.S. involvement in the wars in Bosnia and Kosovo, and the evolving role of the United States in a post–Cold War world.
To reflect on Clinton’s presidency, the Miller Center brings together Jim Steinberg, Sylvia M. Burwell, John Harris and Russell Riley, who will examine these issues with published excerpts from the Center’s William J. Clinton Oral History Project.
In celebration of the Miller Center’s 50th anniversary, a series of special public events highlights the Center’s contributions to Presidential Oral History and the study of the U.S. presidency, featuring every presidency for which the Center has conducted an oral history.
