About this event

Architects: Join us at the AIA Fort Lauderdale Reverse Trade Show and meet multiple products and service representatives who can help you with your designs and practice!

Vendors: Meet architectural firm representatives from your area. Vendors will have an opportunity to discuss their products and services during a short 3-minute presentation. Once the whistle is heard you must move to the next table. Your pitch has to be direct, short, and convincing! After visiting each architectural firm's table, stick around for a little networking and cocktails.

Agenda

3:00 - 3:30 PM - Registration Opens. Be sure to check in and pick up your badge

3:30 - 4:30 PM - Annual Meeting. Meet AIA Fort Lauderdale’s leadership, review last year’s achievements, and get introduced to next year’s officers.

4:30 - 5:30 PM - Reverse Trade Show. Step up and showcase your talent—3 minutes to wow the firms!

5:30 - 7:00 PM - Cocktail Reception. Mingle, sip, and build new connections.

Ticket Types

AIA Ft Lauderdale Members - This ticket type is only for non-member architects who would like to attend the event, listen to the Annual Meeting, participate in the Trade Show and network & cocktails.

AIAS Ft. Lauderdale Members - This ticket type is only for non-member architects who would like to attend the event, listen to the Annual Meeting, participate in the Trade Show and network & cocktails.

Non Member Architects - This ticket type is only for non-member architects who would like to attend the event, listen to the Annual Meeting, participate in the Trade Show and network & cocktails.

Allied Member Vendor- This ticket type is only for allied member vendors who would like to participate in the reverse trade show.

Non- Member Vendor- This ticket type is for non-member vendors who would like to participate in the reverse trade show.

FAQ

What should I bring?

Architects who will have a table, we recommend bringing business cards and any branded material to showcase your architectural firm. (I.E, roll up banner, foam board with logo etc.)

Vendors who will be participating in the reverse trade show should bring, business cards, brochures, and any marketing materials you would like to leave with the architectural firm representatives. Be sure to be prepared with a 3-minute pitch to sell your product or services!

Is parking free?

Yes, free parking is available.
