Join us this fall for SCRAP's second annual Reuse Road Rally fundraiser!
A driving/walking scavenger hunt where participants solve clues to lead them to destinations around Ypsilanti. Teams will compete against each other to win SCRAP gift cards, and prizes from local businesses. GRAND PRIZE: $100 in SCRAP dollars + local goodies.
SCRAP is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community.
All funds raised through SCRAP events are used to promote reuse, education, waste diversion, and creativity in our community. $15 registration fee per participant.
Registration opens June 10th and runs through October 16th.
Road Rally Prep!
- Collect your friends and family to create a team (limit 5 per team)
- The event is the week before Halloween costumes are encouraged (extra points given for costumes!)
- Keep your phone charged for taking photos and submitting clue responses.
- Assign your team a navigator for the short driving portion of the event.
- Registration will start 1:00pm and the Rally will start promptly at 2pm. Registration will include time to create your team mascot from reuse materials to show your road rally progress!
