Return To The Body - Last Sunday Reset
Overview
Return To The Body - Last Sunday Reset
is a grounding, intimate end-of-year gathering designed to help you release the weight of the past year, reconnect with your inner landscape, and enter 2026 with greater intention, clarity and ease.
This is not a workout and not a typical yoga class.
It’s a guided experience that blends:
- slow intentional movement
- intuitive unwinding
- breath-led release work
- meditation
- reflective journaling
- soundbath
- a simple closing circle
The focus is on softening, clearing space, and returning to yourself — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted in your body.
**No prior experience needed.
Everything is beginner-friendly and designed to support your nervous system.
This reset is for anyone who is:
• ready to close out a chapter
• carrying stress, tension, or emotional heaviness
• wanting clarity before the new year
• craving a slower pace and deeper presence
• seeking a guided space to reconnect with yourself
>>Reserve your spot to close out the year with intention.<<
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
What to Bring
• yoga mat
• journal + pen
• water
• comfortable clothing
