Through guided shadow work, a soulful trance journey, embodied somatic release practices, we will shed the stories that once kept us small. Together, we will offer our burdens to the element of water and rise with new declarations of truth, power, and self-love.
The evening will close with a nourishing sound bath to anchor the integration, allowing your body and spirit to settle into their reclaimed wholeness.
