  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
  • Ready to find your stride again? This is for those trying to get back into running post injury / post surgery, or those with pelvic floor dysfunction - this can look like incontinence, pelvic pain, and/or pressure and heaviness in the area. We are joined by Dr. Amelia May - our neighbrohood (and favorite) pelvic floor athlete expert.
  • We will begin with an overview of pelvic floor health for runner, then deep dive into how pelvic floor therapy can help you get those miles back. We will then introduce exercises and movements you can do on your own at home! There will be plenty of time of Q&A.
  • Snacks and beverages will be offered :)

Who is this for?

This is for anyone who is trying to get back into their running routine post injury / post surgery, or dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction - this can look like incontinence, pelvic pain, and/or pressure and heaviness in the area.

What should I wear / bring?

We suggest wearing clothes you feel comfortable moving in and a good pair of sneakers, and to bring a yoga mat!

Is this a workout?

Kinda, yes! There will definitely be some movin n groovin as we walk through different moves to help support your running journey.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! Just have them sign up as well so we can get a head count - it's free :)
