This donation-based workshop is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your inner radiance even in the midst of life’s challenges. Through guided reflection, seasonal wisdom, and holistic nourishment, we’ll explore 3 powerful keys to help you reclaim joy and emotional vitality this summer.

In this 75-minute virtual workshop, you’ll receive:

  • Insight into the connection between summer and the emotion of joy in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Journaling prompts to explore what joy means to you right now
  • Tips on seasonal foods and herbs that support your mood, energy, and nervous system
  • Simple lifestyle rituals to invite more presence, play, and radiance into your day
  • A supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
