In the midst of a world that often demands your attention, energy and performance, this isn’t just another commitment—it’s a gift to your nervous system.

This is a quiet place to realign, recalibrate, and come home to yourself. During this experience you will find your nervous system can exhale, your soul can speak, and your own inner wisdom can rise to the surface.

Through guided meditation, breath and somatic practices, frequency-based voice work and intention-setting, you'll receive just what your nervous system and spirit need to align you for the week ahead.

You don't need to be "good at meditating", or have prior experience. All you need is a willingness to slow down and listen within. Come as you are, leave centered in yourself.

What do I need to bring?

The only thing you need to bring is yourself, but it also may be nice to make sure you have a cozy space setup where you will be comfortable for the session and won't be interrupted. It also may be helpful to have a journal or piece of paper, a pen and headphones.

What if I'm not a meditator?

Even if you've found meditation challenging or hard, I promise there is still benefit for you here. We approach this work by honoring exactly where you are right now and trusting that your system knows exactly what experience it is ready to have. No need to push or force anything to see progress.
