Return to Breath is a 4-week virtual breathwork series created to help you gently reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create space for emotional release and inner clarity.

This series is ideal for beginners or anyone returning to their breathwork practice. Each 90-minute session includes guided breathwork, grounding, optional journaling prompts, and integration support in a safe, sacred space.

You’ll be invited to slow down, soften into presence, and develop a personal rhythm through the breath. Whether you’re seeking calm, release, or reconnection—your breath is the gateway.
