Meet Your Facilitator

Asia Camacho Hilario didn’t set out to guide others on their journeys- she set out to survive. Growing up in severe childhood abuse, she carried complex post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and high-functioning depression into adulthood. Her turning point came during a panic attack that left her on the bathroom floor, shaking and breathless. In that moment, she made a choice: to reclaim herself, to heal, and to live fully.

Through years of therapy, self-exploration, and sharing her story with the world, Asia discovered the power of sound, breathwork, and holistic healing as tools for transformation. She has since become an internationally recognized speaker, coach, and the founder of Sagan Flores, the CNMI’s first holistic health nonprofit. She was named Woman of the Year 2019 and recognized by Yahoo Finance as one of 10 Empowerment Coaches to Watch in 2021. Asia was also the keynote speaker for the INA Well Fest last year and hosts international women’s healing retreats, bringing deep transformation and empowerment to women across the globe.

Asia is half Chamorro, half Filipino with roots from the Marianas and Guam. Her grandfather's family is from Guam, her great-grandma is from Rota, and her grandma from Tinian. She was born and raised on Saipan and just returned home after being away for 23 years.

For this sound bath, Asia blends storytelling, embodiment practices, and somatic healing to create a safe, sacred space. Through guided breathwork, sound, and oracle readings, she helps participants release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner compass- guiding each attendee home to themselves.
