Join us on Tuesday, May 28th from 7–8PM for a gentle and grounding evening of restorative movement, breathwork, and a crystal sound bath designed to help you relax, release, and reconnect.
This 60-minute session is all about slowing down and making space for yourself. We’ll start with light stretching and guided meditation to quiet the mind and open the body, then ease into a deeply calming sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls to help reset your nervous system.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, burned out, or simply need a moment to breathe, this is your invitation to pause and come back to center.
