PLEASE NOTE: Our June, July and August Coffee & Camaraderie events will be hosted at Robert Morris University's Center for Veterans and Military Families.

Founded by veterans, Restore 22 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a relaxing, informal environment for military veterans to connect with each other and with resources that can enhance their quality of life.

Anyone who has ever served in the U.S. military is invited to join us for good conversation and fun. This is not a therapy session, though you'll probably feel good when you leave.

We welcome you to bring something from your military service that makes you proud and tell us about it.

Coffee and snacks will be provided. There is no charge to attend. Walk-ins are welcome.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible to attend?

Anyone who has ever served in the U.S. military is welcome to join us. This includes veterans and currently serving military.

Where do I park?

We will provide information on where to park at RMU. You will need to get a pass to place on your dashboard.

Can I bring my spouse or a friend?

This coffee gathering is strictly for those who served in the U.S. military. We host pop-up coffee shops where anyone is welcome to attend. Check our Eventbrite page for all our events, or visit our website at www.restore22.org/events.

Do I have to talk about myself?

No. We would never require you to do anything you don't want to do. We want to create an environment where you're comfortable talking with others, but what you choose to say or not say is entirely up to you.

Is this a therapy session?

Absolutely not! Though, some people find that talking with others who share similar experiences can be therapeutic.

Is this a sales pitch?

Definitely not! Restore 22 was founded by veterans to support veterans. We might have bags of our coffee for sale, but you don't have to purchase anything.

What else can I expect?

This is a time for you to connect with other veterans. There's no formal presentation. Come hang out with people who have similar experiences as you. Share your stories, if you want. The conversation is up to you.
