A nourishing experience where restorative yoga meets sound healing — and everyone is welcome. No experience needed, just come as you are.

Krisa will guide you into restorative yoga poses, with props provided to fully support your body so you can soften into rest. Throughout the practice, Soo May will weave in sound and vibration of the gong, creating a cocoon of sound that invites you to feel deeply held and supported.

We’ll close with a gong bath — you will lie down as the grounding, expansive tones of the Black Sun Gong carry you inward. The vibrations can help to:
- Release stuck emotions and energy
- Reduce stress and tension
- Reset the nervous system
- Improve sleep quality
- Promote deep relaxation and rest
- Restore balance and clarity
