Tuesday Night Restorative Yoga
Unwind into the week with Jack Utermoehl in this 60-minute restorative yoga class.
Using props to fully support the body, we’ll settle into long-held postures that release physical tension and quiet the mind.
The warm room, guided mantra, and peaceful atmosphere make this practice a nourishing way to close your day.
What to Expect
- Deep Restorative Postures – Long, supported holds that calm the nervous system and restore energy.
- Warm, Cozy Space – The room will be gently warmed to promote relaxation.
- Mantra & Mindfulness – Gentle chanting and quiet reflection woven into the practice.
- Layer-Friendly Comfort – Wear comfortable layers and socks to stay cozy.
- All Props Provided – Mats, blankets, bolsters, and other props available. Welcome to bring extras if you prefer your own.

Jack Utermoehl is the owner of Bhakti House Yoga Studio, E-RYT 200 yoga teacher, and Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider. With over a decade of teaching and practice, Jack guides students through accessible sequences that support strength, mobility, and peace of mind.
