Wednesday from 6–7 PM for Restorative/Relaxing Yoga by Candlelight in the beautiful garden at the Omni Shoreham Hotel.Classes will run through the end of October. An optional 10-minute guided meditation will be offered at the end to further quiet the mind and deepen your practice.
