What is Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath?

Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support the body in long, gentle poses that promote deep rest. The class ends with a Sound Bath—soothing tones that calm the mind, balance energy, and enhance relaxation.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat (or rent one from the studio for $5), a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in.
