Everybody is different, so it depends. However, sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls typically helps with sleep, both falling asleep and staying asleep. This is because it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest nervous system.

Is this as effective via computer without proper speakers?

Headphones are the most immersive experience! Computer built-in speakers are less than ideal for this, but if you have a pair of headphones, that's even better than in person!
