RESTORATIVE PRACTICES IN HIGHER EDUCATION

DESCRIPTION: This interactive training introduces the philosophy and core practices of restorative justice (RJ), emphasizing community building and victim-focused approaches to addressing harm. Participants will explore how community-building circles foster trust, safety, and accountability within campus environments. The training also explores foundational principles and values in RJ, emphasizing a higher education lens, while examining distinctions between a retributive and restorative system and how campus discipline fits within that framework.
This training will be facilitated in a virtual-circle Zoom meeting format. Participants will receive a Zoom meeting link and training materials a few days prior to the training.
PAYMENT: Payments should be arranged prior to attending the training. For an invoice to generate purchase order payment please contact CRJ staff. Packages and discounted rates available upon request.
CANCELLATIONS: Due of the limited number of seats and significant waitlists for trainings, we are no longer able to accommodate requests for refund, rescheduling to different trainings, or last-minute cancellations. Thank you for your understanding as these spots are in high demand.
