Unfurl your senses and connect to nature through creative writing, storytelling, and exploratory nature invitations. Classes blend elements of narrative therapy, somatic practices, and forest bathing to promote wellness and a stronger relationship to the natural land.

All materials provided, including notebooks, pencils, and an herbal tea tasting. Workshops will be held indoors with an outdoor walk, weather dependent. Please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear.
