About this event
Join our new online space for Black Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent professional and music creatives who want to uplift, reflect and journey together
Hosted by Eve Horne in partnership with Black Lives in Music and Attitude is Everything.
Why are we creating a Rest Salon?
In June 2023, Black Lives in Music and Attitude is Everything published a report and podcast series called Unseen and Unheard. The report explored the barriers Black Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent professionals and music creatives face.
Rest Salon is part of our initiatives to address these barriers by creating a peer-support space where people don’t feel the need to codeswitch and mask.
What to expect from the sessions..
- Get advice in a brave space on a career dilemma's
- Connect with fellow Black disabled proffesional and creatives in music
