Connection to Land is connection to self
Rest & Reflect Among The Trees, immersive nature experience for BIPOC community members to foster rest, reflection, and connection. Each session includes a two-hour guided Forest Bathing walk to foster connection with the natural world, a nourishing lunch celebrating local farmers, and Love Letter to Future You, a reflective letter-writing practice that cultivates self-compassion. Held at Oxbow Regional Park, just 40 minutes from downtown, this program creates a dedicated space for BIPOC participants to connect with nature and one another in ways that support mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Together, we cultivate interconnection, reciprocity, and joy—a much-needed pause from the heaviness of the world.

This initiative provides meaningful opportunities for community members to deepen their connection with nature, build community, and cultivate a sense of interconnectedness. By prioritizing equity and healing, Luminous Together seeks to create transformative experiences that nurture well-being, belonging, and partnership with the more-than-human-world.
