Join us on March 4th, 6 PM at the Wellness Center for a guided experience of breathwork, chair yoga, and meditation. All are welcome!

With everything happening in the world, we often don’t realize just how much our bodies are holding onto stress and tension. It’s time to take a break and give yourself some much-needed TLC!


📍 Where: Wellness Center

Join us for a guided experience that’s all about learning through practice and finding your inner calm. We’ll explore a series of relaxing activities, including:

Breathwork: Discover techniques that stimulate the vagus nerve, helping you tap into your relaxation response and activate your body’s natural calm.

🧘‍♀️ Chair Yoga: Enjoy gentle stretches specifically designed to relieve tension from sitting at a computer. We’ll focus on neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, and upper back—perfect for unwinding after a long day!

🧘‍♂️ Guided Meditation: Experience a soothing guided practice that will help train your mind to focus and find peace amidst the chaos.

Let’s come together to relax, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves. Bring your friends or come solo—everyone is welcome! 🌈
