REST & Receive: A Reiki Infused Restorative Practice

As the seasons shift and the days grow shorter, our bodies naturally crave rest and renewal.
This deeply nourishing session will weave together calming breathwork, gentle restorative postures, and Reiki healing to help you release tension, reset your energy, and step into the weekend with ease.
While you unwind and rest in supported postures, Kim will offer each participant a few moments of Reiki, a gentle energy-healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, helps release stress, and brings you closer to your inner wisdom. Many people describe Reiki as a sense of warmth, calm, or lightness, an experience of being deeply cared for and restored.
You’ll learn ways to carry this sense of calm and self-love with you, wherever you go.
Whether you’re new to Reiki or restorative practices, this session is designed to leave you feeling restored, supported, and aligned with the season’s call to slow down, so you can focus on what’s most important to you in this season of your life.
Space is limited to 15 people to create a more intimate experience, so be sure to register in advance.
