About this event

Experience the healing power of sound medicine in this deeply restorative sound bath led by Master Cherie Clark-Moore at Body & Brain – Magnolia. Held on the last Sunday of each month, “Rest & Recalibrate” offers a nurturing space to release tension, rebalance your energy, and come home to yourself.

This month’s theme invites you to reset your nervous system and restore inner harmony as summer winds down. Let go of mental clutter and emotional heaviness through a meditative journey with:

✨ Crystal singing bowls

✨ Soothing chimes

✨ Other gentle, therapeutic instruments

✨ Guided breath awareness and grounding meditation

Sound medicine works on a cellular level, helping to calm the mind, relax the body, and align your subtle energy system. The frequencies and vibrations of the instruments stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system—encouraging deep rest, clarity, and emotional release.

Whether you are new to sound healing or have experienced its magic before, this monthly session is an invitation to come as you are and leave feeling renewed.

About Your Guide:

Cherie Clark-Moore - Owner & Master Healer, Body & Brain – Magnolia

With over a decade of experience, Cherie Clark-Moore brings a deeply personal and compassionate approach to healing and transformation. Her journey began from a place of emotional pain—navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma while raising twins and living abroad. After discovering the mind-body practices of Body & Brain, she experienced the life-changing impact of energy principles, breathwork, and emotional release, which led her from overwhelm to inner peace and purpose.

Cherie now guides others through their own healing journeys using chakra balancing, energy healing, and mind-body practices. Her gift lies in creating a safe, nurturing space for people who feel stuck, burdened by emotional pain, or disconnected from themselves. With warmth, empathy, and lived wisdom, she gently supports her students in reconnecting with their true selves and building a life rooted in clarity, purpose, and self-love.
