Join us at 4:00 pm for Rest and Repose, a two-hour Winter Solstice workshop designed to honor the dormancy of winter and create space for tending to yourself during this busy season. Begin with an intuitive, grounding yoga flow that invites movement, warmth, and ease while preparing your body and mind for deep rest. After a brief pause, settle into your cozy nest for a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, crafted to help you shed what no longer serves you and restore inner balance.
Enjoy this time of rest and renewal in a safe, welcoming space for all. We’ll close with tea and sharing if you're called. These sessions fill up with wonderfully beautiful souls.
