Come join us for an honest conversation about how faculty can create an inclusive and safe classroom environment to encourage student participation. Topics include, but are not limited to:

• What does DEI mean to you?
• Strategies for inclusive and safe classrooms
• Discussing sensitive topics in relation to DEI
• Building trust, inclusivity, and safety
