Overview

Hey there! Come join us for a deep dive into creating healthy boundaries.

Join us for an immersive, in-person experience designed to help you understand, feel, and embody healthy boundaries — in love, friendship, and everyday life. This isn’t a lecture; it’s a transformational workshop that blends somatic practices, guided discussion, and real-world exercises that help you embody confidence, clarity, and calm connection.

Opening Circle: “What Boundaries Mean to Me” (10 min)

  • Each participant shares one pattern they want to shift (e.g., overgiving, people-pleasing, shutting down).

2️⃣ Somatic Exercise: “Where Do You Feel No?” (10 min)

  • Guided somatic awareness practice to locate where your body signals discomfort or boundary violations.
  • Breathwork to release stored tension and emotions tied to saying “no.”
  • Group reflection on physical sensations vs. people-pleasing habits.

3️⃣ Workshop Talk: “Boundaries vs. Walls” (15 min)

  • Mini teaching segment exploring the difference between fear-based protection and love-based boundaries.
  • Key concepts:
  • Boundaries create safety, not separation in relationships
  • How boundaries increase attraction and trust.
  • How to set adult-to-adult boundaries with parents who still treat you like a child

4️⃣ Partner Exercise: “The Boundary Roleplay” (25 min)

  • Paired activity where one person practices expressing a boundary, the other practices receiving it with presence.
  • Prompts include:
  • “When you raise your voice, I feel unsafe. I need calm communication.”
  • “I love spending time with you, but I also need solo time on Sundays.”
  • Debrief on what felt challenging or empowering.

5️⃣ Group Integration: “The Boundary Contract” (15 min)

  • Each person writes a short “Boundary Commitment” statement.
  • Example: “I commit to honoring my needs without guilt.”
  • Option to read aloud or share in pairs.

6️⃣ Closing Breathwork & Meditation (15 min)

  • Guided somatic breathwork to anchor the feeling of safety, clarity, and connection.
  • Soft instrumental music and journaling prompt to close:
  • “What does my body feel like when I am safe to be me?”

🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Gain

  • Confidence to communicate your needs clearly and calmly
  • Emotional awareness to catch guilt or shame before they take over
  • Tools to set boundaries without losing love or connection
  • A felt sense of peace in your body
