Women, do you desire to be connected to your authentic femininity and abundance? Do you seek inner nourishment, grounding, and stability? Do you wish to have the tools to come back to a safe place within when you feel shaken? Do you wish to connect with yourself in a more loving and accepting way?

Each of us has an internalized mother figure that we have downloaded from our own mothers. This inner mother informs so much of our lives, from how we treat ourselves and act in relationship, to how we calm ourselves and bring ourselves back to a state of groundedness.

Unfortunately many of us have had relationships with our mothers in which our needs were not met causing us to internalize a mother who does not nourish us in the way we need, nor sooth when we need to feel safe and calm. On a grander scale, most of us are experiencing some form of wounding along that feminine line, because we have been born into patriarchal societies that devalue the feminine.

It is possible, however, to rebuild a relationship with the mother. She is both Mother Earth, the bigger force outside of us that carries us with infinite love and the Mother within, that gently guides us back to wholeness.

In this workshop we will be guiding you through a process of re-mothering from a shamanic and somatic perspective drawing upon the mother archetype as a healing guide. We will start with a shamanic meditation to help nourish and ground you as you learn to resonate with Mother Earth, and then will guide you through a somatic exercise that will begin a process of encoding a positive representation of the mother within your own bodies, so that you can be loved and nourished from this chosen mother within.
