Join us for a deeply restorative experience as we gather to set intentions and immerse ourselves in the calming, transformative vibrations of a sound bath. Let the healing tones resonate with your intentions, creating a sanctuary for reflection, relaxation, and inner peace. Following the sound journey, we’ll come together to share insights and deepen our sense of connection in a tranquil, supportive space.

Resonance Within + sYINergy (available on Sundays only, 8am start)

Start your week off in pure bliss. Nurture your body with gentle stretches and movements paired with the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
