What do I need to bring?

We have yoga mats, blankets, and eye pillows available for you to use. You’re also welcome to bring your own items — a favorite blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy — and create your own little nest for the experience.

How long is the session?

Each session lasts about 60 minutes, with time at the beginning for grounding and at the end for quiet reflection or integration.

Do I need any experience with meditation or sound healing?

Not at all. Sound baths are accessible to everyone. You simply lie or sit comfortably and let the sounds guide you into relaxation.
