Join us for Resolute Steps: Moving Toward Freedom, a community fitness event benefiting Resolute Life. Together, we’ll take on the CHAD Hero Workout — 1,000 step-ups for time — created in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who tragically lost his life to suicide in 2018.
The CHAD workout is more than just step-ups. It represents perseverance, resilience, and the invisible battles many face with mental health. As a Hero Workout, it is designed to honor Chad’s life, raise awareness for suicide prevention, and remind us all of the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
Heats will be offered at 8:00 AM, 9:45 AM, and 11:30 AM, so you can choose the time that works best for you. Scaling options are available — whether you complete the workout weighted, bodyweight only, or at a reduced rep scheme, every step counts.
Each stride represents hope, strength, and the belief that no one should walk the road of recovery alone. Proceeds from this event fund gym memberships and fitness programs that empower people to rebuild their lives—body, mind, and spirit.
