With over 11 years of experience, Desiree is a Double Journeyperson in Carpentry and Tile Setting, a skilled trades instructor, and a passionate mentor for women entering the trades. She is a founding member of Ontario Building Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) and the proud recipient of the UBC Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Award of Excellence (2024/2025).

💻 Tara Myshrall – Visionary Tech Leader | Empowerment Strategist | Enterprise Executive
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, Tara has led growth and transformation at global companies like Qlik, Talend, TIBCO, and Information Builders. Known for her people-first leadership, she has built thriving teams, driven customer success, and spearheaded digital transformation.
