About this event

We’re taking yoga outside! Join us for Yoga in the Park—an energizing Saturday morning experience set in a peaceful, scenic park that’s perfect for finding your flow. This session is designed for Veterans, First Responders, and their families, and led by a certified RYT-200 instructor who will guide you through a relaxing, beginner-friendly practice to help you reset and recharge.

After yoga, stick around to enjoy light snacks, hydration, and great conversation with fellow heroes and supporters. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just curious to try something new, this is your chance to move, breathe, and connect in a truly refreshing setting.

Key Details:

No Cost: This event is free for all Military, Veterans, First Responders and their Families.
Instructor: Heather, a U.S. Army Veteran and licensed RYT-200 yoga instructor
Amenities: Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided for the first 10 participants. We encourage you to bring your own if you have them.
