For the second year, the Resilience Hub is on the road and heading to London Climate Action Week for a full day of insightful dialogues, hands-on workshops, and artistically inspired mingles and networking opportunities!
About this event
In a crowded climate calendar, this isn’t just another conversation about resilience - it’s a moment to shape it. For the first time, the most critical science-backed insights on resilience have been distilled into a set of Resilience Science Must-Knows - designed not just yet as another report, but as a practical, decision-ready tool for those working across systems and sectors. At this pivotal Resilience Hub convening at LCAW, you will get a first glimpse of the Must-Knows and together help stress-test and shape how these insights are applied - turning top-tier science into strategy and real-world impact.
This is a space purpose-built for collaboration across boundaries: public and private, global and local, technical and experiential. Reflecting the inclusive and delivery-focused vision of the COP30 Presidency, the event supports the call for “people-centred, nature-positive” transformation that bridges knowledge to action. If you're working to unlock systemic change for climate resilience, this is where you need to be.
What to Expect
This full-day summit is hosted by the Resilience Hub as part of London Climate Action Week in a continuous journey to COP30, designed for insight, interaction, and impact:
- High-level Opening & Soft Launch - Introducing the Resilience Science Must-Knows: Road to Action for Decision-Makers - a curated set of the most urgent, cross-cutting science-based resilience priorities
- Interactive Deep-Dive Workshops and Fire Side Chats - Apply and stress-test the Must-Knows through regional and sectoral lenses to build out a blueprint of what a truly resilience sector could look like and the strategic opportunities to inform your own organization and industry vision and action.
- Fireside Chats - Intimate discussions with global resilience leaders sharing lived experience, implementation challenges, solutions, and policy insights
- Artistic Engagements - Thought-provoking visual storytelling and immersive moments to connect emotion and intellect - because resilient futures demand both
Networking Lunch & Closing Reception - Build new partnerships and explore opportunities for collaboration throughout 2025 and into COP30 in Belém across a community of resilience leaders
