A resilience and self-love support group is a safe, supportive space where people come together to build confidence, develop coping skills, and practice self-compassion. Members share experiences, offer encouragement, and learn strategies to strengthen emotional resilience and self-worth.
This session is designed for women only. If you prefer a mixed group setting, there is a group starting at 11am CST.
This is a peer support space exploring various modalities for coping and growth. Personalized coaching is available and working with a licensed practitioner is encouraged.
A typical meeting may include check-ins, discussion topics, skill-building, sharing and support, and activities aimed at reflection. Meetings focus on connection, empowerment, and learning, with no pressure to share.
