Residential Net Zero Project Tour

The Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association (MEECA) is pleased to partner with Dale Hulst, Owner/Designer at Michigan Net Zero Homes and Certified Passive House Consultant on this event. Dale will host a tour of his company's residential new construction project which is certified as PHIUS Zero, GreenStar Platinum, and LEED Platinum. Features include a south-facing main roof with PV, home battery, EV chargers, V2H provisions, and more.

There will be a networking reception following the tour to foster professional ties between green building professionals.

There is no fee to attend this event, but space is limited and registration is required.
