Join us for an uplifting evening of relaxation and evidence-based sleep support designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

You'll unwind with guided meditations and relaxation exercises and discover practical strategies rooted in evidence to get good quality rest. Learn what you can do to improve your sleep, no matter what life stage you are in. You'll walk away feeling refreshed, informed, and equipped with simple tools that actually work.

Led by a clinical health psychologist, Dr. Jocelyn Remmert, who specialzies in the relationship between mental and phyical health and how these impact our day to day life. She's partnering with Dr. Erin Kunkel, Gynecoloigst and Menopause specialist for this evening.

We'll have wine and light snacks for your enjoyment.
