Will the ear acupuncture hurt?

Accepted Answer

The needles are very small, but you will feel a prick upon insertion. Any discomfort should resolve quickly. If it does not, I will reinsert and make other adjustments. You will not be in pain during the session. Bleeding may occur when the needles are removed but is very brief.

What is the purpose of this workshop?

To understand our ability to create change. Each participant will experience a high vibration state, which is helpful when integrating  intentions/goals/desires and begin the process of manifesting.  We will use meditation, acupuncture, Reiki and sound to create this internal space.

How will I feel during the workshop?

Participants find the sessions deeply relaxing and yet also energizing.

What Is Reiki:

Reiki is a system that utilizes energy sourced from all around us. The Energy is focused into the body,  allowing access to deep relaxation and the augmentation of the healing process. It is easy to receive and has no side effects.

What is sound healing:

The use of vibrations from sound instruments. These vibrations can equalize the frequencies in our bodies and allow for deep relaxation. The sounds are generally quite soothing. During this meditation, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls are the primary sound sources.

Where can I park?

Parking will be past the main entrance and behind the very last building. Drive around until you reach the end of the parking lot. Use the rear ramp entrance and follow signs to the Awakening Room.

Is the Bridge Healing Arts Center Accessible?

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot in the room, use the bathroom etc.

What will this workshop involve?

Participants will journal privately to articulate shifts each wishes in their life. We will use Acupuncture with meditation to release old thoughts, habits, patterns and share a meditation with Reiki and Sound to integrate and manifest new intentions/goals.

What do I need to bring?

Water and refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, and anything else to make your experience comfortable. Chairs will be available for the session. If you have a chair you like, bring that!
