Join Terrell Renee for RESET & FLOW YOGA, a mindful weekly rhythm designed to nourish your nervous system, build sustainable strength, and create space to just be.
- 🌞 Slow Flow Yoga (Mondays • 9:00 – 10:00 AM)
Gentle morning movement to awaken energy and focus. Expect long, stretchy holds, smooth transitions, and grounding breathwork that sets the tone for your day. - 🌺 Midweek Movement (Wednesdays • 9:00 – 10:00 AM)
A soulful midweek reset to bring your body back into flow and your mind back into presence. Expect gentle strength-building, mobility work, and intentional breath to melt midweek tension and spark your creative energy. - 🌙 Nervous System Reset (Thursdays • 4:30 – 5:30 PM)
A calming, end-of-day practice designed to release stress and restore balance. Think deep stretches, slow breathwork, and movements that melt tension right off your body.
