A slow, floor-based unwind designed to calm your body’s buzz. Supported stretches, deep breath cycles, and guided relaxation to reset your system before the weekend. - 🌿 Weekend Balance Flow (Saturdays • 8:00 – 9:00 AM)
A fun, full-body flow that balances strength and softness. Move mindfully, build mobility, and start your weekend with clarity, lightness, and a dose of joy.
