Join Terrell Renee for RESET & FLOW YOGA, a mindful weekly rhythm designed to nourish your nervous system, build sustainable strength, and create space to just be.


  • 🌞 Slow Flow Yoga (Tuesdays • 8:00 – 9:00 AM)
    Gentle morning movement to awaken energy and focus. Expect long, stretchy holds, smooth transitions, and grounding breathwork that sets the tone for your day.
  • 🌙 Nervous System Reset (Thursdays • 7:30 – 8:30 PM)
    A slow, floor-based unwind designed to calm your body’s buzz. Supported stretches, deep breath cycles, and guided relaxation to reset your system before the weekend.
  • 🌿 Weekend Balance Flow (Saturdays • 8:00 – 9:00 AM)
    A fun, full-body flow that balances strength and softness. Move mindfully, build mobility, and start your weekend with clarity, lightness, and a dose of joy.
