Unfortunately, no. We want to honor the gift you are giving yourself to unwind and focus inward free from interruptions and distractions.

Do I need to be active in yoga?

No! While we may incorporate some yoga poses, this workshop focuses more on self-reflection and mindfulness than postures.

What can I expect?

We start the evening by settling into the space. I offer a theme to help connect us before we complete a selected activity and/or guided meditation. We conclude the evening with time to share light bites and connect with the other attendees!
