Join us for a heartwarming 5K Family Fun Walk through the serene trails of Riverside Park, leading to the calming waters of the Monocacy River. Let the river’s rhythm, the chirping of birds, and the playful leap of deer guide your journey toward wellness and joy.

This is more than just a walk—it’s a vibrant celebration of healing, family, and the power of community.

Safe, affordable housing is increasingly out of reach—especially for women exiting treatment, incarceration, or domestic violence shelters. Too often, they face relapse, homelessness, and continued trauma with nowhere to turn.

We walk to change that.

To bring stability to our children, healing to our families, and hope to our community.

This 5K isn’t just a walk—it’s a movement to fund COGO’s first transitional home in Frederick, MD and launch life-changing programs, including:
