How do I request accommodations such as sign language interpretation or mobility requirements?

There is an opportunity when requesting a ticket to indicate your needs such as sign language interpretation, mobility or hearing requirements, or other needs. We're happy to work with you to ensure a comfortable and accessible experience but may require 48 hours' notice.

Will the town hall be available in Spanish?

Accepted Answer

Spanish language interpretation will be available upon request. Please call our office at 630-549-2190 to request. We will do everything we can to accommodate but may require 48 hours' notice. If requested, please let staff know that you need an interpreter headset for Spanish.
