REO Asset Management Series - Part I

Registering with the Banks, Lenders, Asset Management Companies

3 Hours CE Credit


Part I – REO asset management companies outsource their REO asset management to local real estate practitioners. Working with these varies banks, lenders and asset management companies, you will need extensive training and knowledge, an extensive contractor network as there are many task in property preservation and management. You must agree to complete all requirements and exceed their expectation.

Everything about this business is “time-sensitive”. You can’t fake it until you make it. REO asset management is very specific and much different from a local typical listing. You will be graded on your performance. One bad grade you can lose your position.

Registration begins with an online data entry application process with required documentation. Updating your application information every six months is important.
