Renew and Rise Intention Gathering

The morning will begin with a peaceful guided meditation. 🧘🏻‍♀️We'll ease into a creative session where you can design your own vision board for the year to take home. Followed by a gentle guidance through journaling(free journal) 📝 & intention setting.

Throughout the day, you will recieve pesonal Reiki as well as personal sound and vibrational healing. You will also learn how to make a soothinging salt bath mixture with essential oils for you to take home for your own relaxation.

Light snacks (vegatatian/vegan)and refreshing & mocktails will be provided to support your day of nourishment and self care💞!
