Many home buyers prefer to buy homes that have been remodeled, rehabbed or are new because they believe it will limit their chance of buying a “lemon” that requires many expensive repairs or upgrades. This blind trust put into remodeled, rehabbed or even new homes can and has led to expensive nightmares that home buyers have to deal with for years. This course will teach you the skills you need in order to prepare and protect your clients before they write an offer, during their due diligence and before they close on their new home.
