Opening Fire Ceremony & Cacao Ceremony
We begin our gathering with an Opening Fire Ceremony, devotional healing music and Cacao Ceremony to ground, cleanse, and unify the group. Together we’ll offer our intentions to the fire, release what no longer serves, and receive the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao. This sacred container will gently connect us to the elements, and each other—setting the tone for a deeply present, transformative experience.
Breathwork, Energy Clearing & Qi Gong
Guided breathwork, energy clearing, medical Qi Gong and intuitive movement to unlock stuck emotions and reset the nervous system. Through conscious breathing, sound, and gentle somatic practices, you’ll be supported in releasing tension from the body, expanding your life force, and coming to a calmer, more embodied state of being.
