Set beside the gentle sounds of the lake, on the soft earth, this experience invites you to:

• Journey inward through meditation, connecting to Spirit and your eternal self
• Activate your womb-space in a sisterhood circle, deepening feminine connection and embodiment
• Receive a water cleansing & elemental wash, including a water-based purification by the lake—an invitation to release, renew, and reconnect
• Ground in nature, feeling the earth beneath your feet, the water’s rhythm beside you, and the sky above

What to Bring:

• You Mat, blanket, or towel for sitting comfortably on the grass
• Journal & Pen for reflection
• Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little wet (for the water cleansing)
• An open heart and willingness to release, receive, and remember
