About this event
Are you feeling stuck? Reset yourself through simple practices of easeful creative practices that tap into your expression. Resource yourself with a pause from mental and structural overload. Sometimes we need to stop overthinking and planning, by leaning into unstructured play, release and curiosity. Learn a creative practice we can share with our colleagues and youth.
Includes: mini check-in, guided experience on an expressive arts practice for grounding and resting in creativity.
